KhumaloCo is the family office of Andile Khumalo, a seasoned entrepreneur and Chartered Accountant (South Africa) with over 20 years of finance and business experience. The firm is currently invested in 8 businesses in technology, media & marketing, real estate, financial services and hospitality.

Andile started his career at Deloitte and in 2002 joined Investec as an investment banker, after which he founded a number of businesses and eventually joined as partner at MSG Afrika in 2007. After spending 11 years as a shareholder and COO of the media & communications group, he exited MSG Afrika to start KhumaloCo in 2018.

Andile has served in various non-executive roles over the years, including as a member of the Takeover Regulations Panel (TRP), a member of the Directorate of Market Abuse, a director of South African Airways (SAA), a director of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and President of the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants of Southern Africa (ABASA).

He is currently a non-executive director of JSE-listed companies Grindrod Limited and Metrofile Limited; and also non-executive director of state-owned Airports Company South Africa SOC Limited. ​​
